Website and enquiry terms
These terms govern the use of the HECYU website and the way public enquiries are received by HANXS TRADING CO., LIMITED.
1. Website purpose
This website is a public information and enquiry platform for bespoke kitchen consultation services. It does not by itself create a binding contract for supply, manufacture, or installation.
2. Enquiries and proposals
Any enquiry submitted through this website, by WhatsApp, by phone, or by email is treated as a request for discussion only. Project scope, pricing, specifications, lead times, and responsibilities become binding only if they are set out in a separate written quotation, proposal, order confirmation, or signed agreement.
3. Drawings, dimensions, and site information
Website content, concept descriptions, and early design discussions are illustrative unless specifically confirmed in writing. Clients remain responsible for providing accurate site information and for notifying us about changes that could affect the kitchen plan.
4. Timing and delivery
Any timing shown on the website or discussed during early enquiries is an estimate only. Actual timing depends on project complexity, revision rounds, supplier lead times, site readiness, and any third-party work required for the final installation.
5. Third-party goods and services
A kitchen project may involve suppliers, installers, trades, logistics providers, or other third parties. Where third-party goods or services are involved, the relevant proposal or agreement should be reviewed carefully to understand which responsibilities belong to which party.
6. Website accuracy
We aim to keep the website accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all text, images, or references will remain complete or suitable for every project. We may update, remove, or revise website content at any time without notice.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website operator is not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of general website information where a project-specific agreement has not yet been entered into.
8. Governing law
Website use and general enquiries are intended to be handled from Hong Kong. If a later written contract sets out a governing law or dispute process, that written contract will control the relevant project relationship.
